I'll say it. I'm Joe the plumber.

No, my name's not Joe and I'm not a plumber. My name's Jeffrey and I'm a CPA. I understand where he's coming from though. Like Joe, I don't make The One's magical $250,000/year tax increase threshold. (Assuming it's not really going to be a lot lower than that.)  However, I have a decent chance of making partner in a few years and that kind of income is not out of the question. Like Joe, I don't like the idea of working hard to make that kind of money so that the government can take it away.

Senator Government, I don't want you "sticking it to the wealthy" because I would like to be wealthy some day. (There is, of course, the fundamental flaw with sticking it to the "OTHER" as well.)
