I love Australia, so I don't intend to bash them.
Still:
AUSTRALIA will build the world's most lethal conventional submarine fleet, capable of carrying long-range cruise missiles and futuristic midget-subs, to combat an expected arms race in the region.
As I understand it, "conventional" generally is synonymous with "non-nuclear". Given that a non-nuclear sub can stay underwater for extended periods of time while a conventional sub cannot, isn't saying you have deadliest conventional sub a little like saying you have the finest horse calvary in the world of tanks and mechanized infantry?
