Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has thrown out an income tax increase on the grounds that taxpayers were given insufficient time to prepare for the new tax. Somehow, I doubt the people who argue that the US Constitution needs to be interpreted in light of foreign court opinions will be jumping on this one.
