A little too enthusiastic

Just before I left to go get my cortizone injections I wrote an e-mail to someone and ended it by saying that I was, "off to get stabbed in the neck again!"

The reply I got read, "yay for stabbings in the neck!"

I'm sure it was written with the best of intentions.
