Steven Stalinsky says that the Arab world would do well to follow Qatar's example. He's got a point; Qatar certainly isn't perfect, but they've shown a desire to reform and have taken steps toward representative government without someone holding a gun to their head. That's rare enough in the Arab world to deserve praise.
