I know the feeling

Despite so much news in the world, I have a sense of things being slow and dull for us, for the time being.

It appears that the blogosphere has pretty much argued itself out on all the major issues, outrages, and controversies with no new ones to capture interest.

I know the feelinging; it's not that nothing's happening. It's just that nothing new is happening.

As Mark points out though, this lull will not last forever.
